We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could cause harm to Strategic Systems Inc. or others.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Ohio, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

This section applies to SMS or text messages sent by Strategic Systems Inc. (the “SMS Program”).

Program Description

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Strategic Systems Inc. at the mobile number you provide.
