The Patient Scheduling Solution allows individuals to book appointments via phone, tablet, or desktop using a single form. Users receive automated email confirmations, and call center agents use the same form to maintain a seamless patient experience.

Behind the scenes, the system syncs with available resources like test kits to avoid overbooking and ensure balanced supply and demand. LLCHC opted for a simplified list view, which providers can access on any mobile device to track appointments and check in patients quickly.
